Thank you for choosing AVI-8 Watches! Here’s everything you need to know about our return policy:
Return Conditions

Unworn and Unused: We ask that all returned watches remain unworn, unused, and unmodified (no engravings, please).

Original Packaging: Please return your watch in its original packaging, including all tags attached.

No Damage: We can only accept undamaged watches that show no signs of wear.

Metal Straps: For watches with metal straps, please ensure that the bracelet and clasp remain unsized, with no links removed. Note that any damages or modifications will incur a restocking fee of US$60.

Leather and Rubber Straps: For leather or rubber straps, they should be unused. Damages or modifications will also lead to a restocking fee of US$60.
Gifted Items

If you received your watch as a gift, we’re sorry, but we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for these items. The original purchaser will need to handle any return or refund requests.
How to Return
If you need to make a return, just reach out to our Customer Support Team by emailing us at support@avi-8.com. We’ll get back to you within 2 business days with all the details you need to return your watch. We’ll provide you with a return authorization number, which you’ll need to include in your shipment.
Please remember: If you send back your watch without this authorization number, we won’t be able to process your return.
Shipping Responsibility
We can’t take responsibility for items lost during return shipping, and we won’t cover return shipping costs unless you receive an incorrect or defective product. Please send all returns back to our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Refund Details
Refunds will cover the original cost of your purchase. Please note that we cannot refund any import Duty/VAT/GST fees that your country may impose.
