If you aren't happy with your watch, here is how to return it simply and quickly:
RULES FOR RETURNS
- 30-Day Limit: You must ask for a return within 30 days of receiving your watch.
- Unworn & Original: The watch must be unused, undamaged, and have all its original tags and packaging.
- Clearance Items: All sales of clearance items are final. These items cannot be returned or replaced.
- No Labels on Boxes: Do not stick shipping labels directly onto the watch box.
- Strap Condition:
- Metal Straps: Do not remove any links or resize the bracelet.
- Leather Straps: Do not wear the watch; there should be no creases in the leather.
- Note: If the strap is modified or creased, a US$60 fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Gifts: Only the person who originally bought the watch can request a return or refund. We cannot accept returns from gift recipients.

- Email Us: Send an email to info@avi-8.com
- Wait for Us: We will reply within 2 business days.
- Get Your Number: We will give you a Return Authorization Number. You must include this in your package, or we cannot process your refund.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of mailing the watch back to us in Hong Kong. We only pay for shipping if the watch is defective or we sent the wrong item.
- Refund Amount: We refund the price you paid for the watch. We cannot refund any import taxes or duties paid to your government.
