Shipping And Returns
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders placed on our website are processed & shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If you have placed the order during the weekends or holidays, your order will be processed within the next business day.
Once processed, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped that will include the tracking number for you to be able to track your shipment.
FREE WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
All orders from AVI-8 are shipped free of charge and are delivered between 5-10 business days (not including weekends and public holidays) once shipped.
However, be advised that the price on our website are non-inclusive of local tax, vat, import fees or other shipment clearance costs which may apply, depending on where in the world you are. Any charges applied upon import are the customer's responsibility and must be paid by the customer.
*Delivery time may vary in cases of situations beyond the control of the courier (e.g Customs Clearance, severe weather conditions, government lockdown, movement restriction policies, etc).
DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK and EU
Please note that if you are looking to have your order delivered in the UK , EU participating countries or rest of Europe – please complete your purchase on https://www.avi-8.co.uk. You would need to have a UK or European IP address to connect to this site.

REFUSED / RETURN TO SENDER SHIPMENTS:
Refused & return to sender packages that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient due to the following reasons;
- Incorrect & invalid shipping information (e.g wrong delivery address, wrong contact number)
- Refusal to pay import duties when requested by customs
- Refusal to provide local customs assistance in providing information
- Refusal to collect shipment at designated collection points (for addresses where couriers cannot redeliver to)
these are refunded only once when the shipment is received back in our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes

*We do not ship to APO/FPO and PO BOX address and a valid physical address would be required in order to process your order.
If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery, providing your purchased timepiece is:
- Unworn & Unused
- In an original and resalable condition with any tamper-evident label still attached.
- In its original packaging supplied with the purchase.
- For adjusted stainless steel straps, removed links must be re-inserted in their original position.
To return an item, please contact our Customer Support Team by emailing us at email@example.com . One of our Customer Support Team will respond to your request within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to return the watch. You will be issued a return authorization number which must be enclosed within the shipment that will be sent back. If you return the shipment without a return authorization number provided, it will not be accepted and processed.
AVI-8 does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping and will not bear the cost of the return shipment unless you have been sent an incorrect or defective product.
